You may request a return within 7 days after receiving your order, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be in its original packaging;
• Include all accessories and items received;
• Show no signs of damage or misuse.

3. Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos or videos showing the issue.

4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• If the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For customer remorse returns, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
